Today i worked on the forms page this page is the online application form
I found some simple codes that sent the form to the user The only problem i had with this code was that it was only good if the person who owns the computer has Microsoft outlook that is installed. Most computers don't install this, especially the ones on the school computers so i looked for another alternative
the only other way of create an online form is to use a online form generator the best one i could find was JotForm Only I'm signed up as a free user and i am restricted to other benefits. But if this was to be used for a company they would have to pay the $9 a month for full access for JotForm. But even the free version is pretty good :) This shows the difference between free version and premium version :)
anyways i finished create the form and i just need to show the group :)
This is how the form looks like to the person who recieved these applications. This was sent to my gmail. It like how it shows what time it was sent :)
